Autocratic, violent rule, which is a remnant of the harmful and Soviet Russian practices of the past, and its manifestations:
We will continue to fight through peaceful and legal means, both through protests and in cooperation with international partners, to call for fair elections and reclaim the future of the country.
We will continue to consolidate our forces, unite, spread the truth, and recruit new supporters. We will involve all of Georgia in a just protest.
Calling new elections would be the first step in the defeat of the Georgian Dream, but our fight for fair and transparent elections will continue. We will be watchdogs so that the ruling power does not manage to engage in new manipulations and rig the process once again.
Through our efforts and under the leadership of the President, public groups, non-governmental organizations and opposition political parties should create an effective plan leading up to the elections, which will be subject to public discussions. This plan may be several and will be agreed upon as a result of a debate and consultation with the public. The adopted plan will be disseminated everywhere and in all forms, through the media, through good governance, in regions, universities and all public spaces. It is important to create public mechanisms, tools that will ensure the implementation of the plan.
If the previous point is fulfilled, if we have and follow a transparent and clear plan on how to protect our choice, election fraud will be impossible. The example of all other countries where similar processes have developed assures us that if the support for the Georgian Dream does not exceed 20 percent, we will win and the fraudsters will not be able to do anything.
However, we should not forget the experience of past elections and the Georgian Dream's ability to surprise us with its dishonesty. We must be ready for any scenario and prepare society to give a befitting response to lawbreakers in the event of repeated fraud.
The future of Georgia belongs to the people, not to any one party. No single force should ever be able to seize power completely and in its own hands.
The existing party and political system must be destroyed. Parties that do not play by democratic rules must disappear from the political field or have minimal ratings. Society must facilitate the emergence of new independent political players, a primaries system must be universally introduced, where an ordinary fighter can become a leader. The leader of political parties must be elected with the support of the people, and not by a list written by one group. A new democratic and transparent model of governance must be created.
Citizens must understand that any government is accountable to the people. They have obligations to us, and we must act as guarantors that no one deviates from this path.
We dream of a country where the government serves the people, not the other way around. A country where the law applies equally to everyone and where people do not have to flee the country and emigrate.
A country that is economically strong, socially just, and culturally rich.

Protests in Tbilisi and other cities in Georgia began on November 28, after the Russian Dream government decided not to put the issue of opening membership negotiations with the European Union on the agenda until the end of 2028 and to refuse EU budget grants until the end of 2028.
The government is resorting to physical violence, threats and swearing against peaceful protest participants, violent illegal detentions, interference in journalistic activities, as well as the involvement of groups of individuals against protest participants, and so on!
In light of all this, we, the Georgian people, will not give up and, standing together and united, we will move forward, towards victory, towards Europe!
